Skysports.com understands Paris St Germain have lodged a £10million bid for Queens Park Rangers playmaker Adel Taarabt.

The Morocco international shone for Rangers last season as they landed the Championship title in impressive style.

Much of their best work came through Taarabt, as he plundered 19 goals in 44 appearances.

Having matured into one of the most exciting creative talents in the second tier, QPR were looking forward to unleashing the 22-year-old in the Premier League.

They are under no illusions, however, that the highly-rated midfielder is going to attract attention this summer.

    Approach
Numerous clubs have already been linked with big-money approaches, with Taarabt fuelling the fire by claiming that Chelsea and Arsenal are among those to have expressed an interest.

It is, however, French giants PSG who have made the first formal approach.

The Ligue 1 outfit are now backed by wealthy Qatari investors and are expected to spend big this summer.

They have identified Taarabt as a top target and are now waiting on Rangers' response.

    Does £10m = €13.5m?

    No, just checked. £10m = €11m.

Look if PSG offer £10 - £13.5m then the likes of bleedin Sunderland will step in !! First shot in a phoney war. Hold your nerve lads!!

If he goes it will be for nearer £15/18m as Flav & Bern know he's the diamond and will try to winkle big money out of other clubs - which will ultimately fail as they are greedy hence he will stay and go in Jan to Liverpool for £25m and a kebab

So should Taarabt be sold on hands up all those that believe that all the money will be immediately passed to NW for reinvesment in quality players? Thought so.

It's definately £13.5 million.Think the goons will want 2 sell, but i don't think Adel will want 2 move there. He still thinks he can play for one of the top 4 or Real Madrid.

We have 3 chances of staying up if we don't buy some real quality.

    1. Neil Warnock
    2. Adel Taarabt
    3. Ali Faurlin

We lose all or any of these without good replacement then we're ****ed.
