Has Tan lost interest?

We never see him now.

He's an owner in name only living on another continent totally dissconnected from Cardiff City FC. He's prepared to allow others (Dalman/Choo) to run the club on his behalf and just retain the veto to sanction or reject critical managerial appointments and player acquisitions. Any vetos exercised are likely to be influenced by cost rather than suitability. Something needs to change at the top end or is there another obvious explanation?

Apart from having little or no knowledge of the game, has his interest waned to the point he really wants out?

Stupid money is not necessarily the answer, but enthusiasm plays a big part and that seems to be missing. The occasional statement from Kuala Lumpur is not going to cut it any more. If you haven't got that ambition in this football business to push forward, the club will stagnate or even go backwards. Recent evidence in managerial and player recruitment would suggest that process is underway.

Can't argue with any of that Sparks. The trouble is who will stump up the £150m+ needed to take the club off his hands and provide ongoing financial support?

Or is it in his nature to take a loss as a cost for the 10 years of fun and excitement he had had owning the club?

the sad fact is very few owners watch the teams anymore dude.........its a business and nothing more which is pretty sad.

we are in the hands of another and there`s nowt we can do about it>>>>>>>so lets hope if he wants out that he puts in safe hands.

Cheer up we could be ownec by a American Hedge Fund.

They fail to go up this season and they will be crying back to us with the begging buckets again. Crying their eyes out on the radio and TV like big feckin babies.

No safety net this time round either. Points deduction, relegation, expulsion from the league.
Cant even sell their council house to raise funds.

Unfortunately, they are not alone.
Not inconceivable that we could find ourselves in a similar position, especially given some of the millions wasted on dumb ass signings.

But I can’t see any of the top clubs folding.
