No idea how much a manager gets paid, but Tan seems comfortable to sanction a couple of million for a players (Robbo and Etete) and then give them something like 20 grand a week. However he seems to be unable to grasp the concept that probably much less than that would bring in someone capable of organising them.

Got to agree with most of that, in particular those clubs around us strengthening in key areas. When we appear not to be doing so.
The silence from City is frightening. Is there an acceptance from within that what will be will be or are Dalman and Choo working so feverishly behind the scenes that they don't have time to make any statements?
Or are they just going to leave it with Whitehead? He seems a nice guy and got the players to lift their game a bit second half v Millwall but I have seen nothing to show he is the man to, a. Keep us up and b. Take us forward.
Perhaps we will be surprised by a key appointment in the next day or so, plus 2 or 3 positive signings, left back, creative midfielder and a goal scorer?
In reality I'm not holding my breath, fearing the worst with a high degree of expectation of the same.
