Has anyone received their tickets for the Ipswich match?

I've bought tickets on the 25th July for the game, just one off tickets, not season cards.

I received a confirmation email saying that digital tickets would be emailed, but haven't received anything yet and I'm now getting nervous.

Has anyone else received their tickets?

I'd get to the ticket office today if you can. Lots on twitter saying the same thing.

 

Mine and grandson's have just come through! If you got the email showing you how to add the tickets to your wallet on your phone, they shouldn't be too far behind

 

I've emailed the ticket office, but no reply. Ringing them it just says to email or wait for a reply, then they hang up. I guess it's a case of fingers crossed for them arriving today/tomorrow, and get there early on Sunday if not.

Next challenge, when I've got 4 tickets, do I just add them all to my wallet, or forward them individually, or what? All info on the club website seems to relate to season cards. I'm travelling up to the north east today for a long weekend, so I guess I'll have time to figure that out before Sunday. We were hoping for a fairly active weekend walking round North Yorkshire with the family and dog, but given the sate of the weather I think we'll have lots of free time indoors.

 

You can have them all on your phone if you want to lean over and scan them all through, just swipe to the next card.
