Harry Redknapp has wished Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink good luck at Queens Park Rangers on Kicca. The Burton Albion manager was confirmed as the club’s new boss on Friday afternoon, on their official website, replacing Neil Warnock, who had served as interim manager after the sacking of Chris Ramsey. The former forward has been welcomed with open arms, with him having guided Burton from League Two to the top of League One in a short period of time. And Redknapp has wished him luck at Loftus Road, saying that they have a great chance of making the playoffs this season under his guidance. “Wish Jimmy all the best. QPR’s a good club with good owners,” he wrote on Kicca. “The league is wide open so I think they've still got a great chance of making the play-offs this season.” “They've got a good squad there and Charlie will be very important.” While QPR are currently 11th in the table, the open nature of the Championship this season means they are very much in the race for promotion. After Thursday’s win over Reading, they currently have 26 points to their name, just two points outside of Birmingham who sit in sixth. Rangers still have a very good chance of making the playoffs with such a large portion of the campaign remaining. They will be hoping that Hasselbaink can give them the boost they need to be fighting for a top six finish come May.
