Ok, you people with strong stomachs, you may wish to proceed and read this drivel from Harry. He credits himself with having made a manager out of Tim Sherwood. Yes folks, it's pretty hard going and there is no reward for reading it in whole. The only sense of achievement out all of this is conformation that he's a knob. Harry Redknapp is willing to mentor an inexperienced England manager Former Tottenham boss helped Tim Sherwood enter club management Redknapp believes the first task facing the new boss is to remove pressure Robbie Fowler feels Arsene Wenger is a perfect fit for the England job By MARK GALLAGHER FOR THE IRISH DAILY MAIL PUBLISHED: 08:07 EST, 6 July 2016 | UPDATED: 08:08 EST, 6 July 2016 Harry Redknapp would like to be involved in some capacity as England look to rebuild from their disastrous Euro 2016 campaign and has put himself forward as someone who could mentor a young, inexperienced coach. 'I would love to be involved,' the former Spurs boss said in Dublin on Wednesday at the launch of Eir Sport. 'I would love to work with a young manager. 'And there are lots of good young guys out there and you have to bring these people in. I brought Tim Sherwood in when I was at Tottenham. Tim wasn't involved with anyone at the time but I came across him a a player at Portsmouth and thought he had something to offer. 'There are a few lads like that out there now, the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, [Alan] Shearer, [Steven] Gerrard. There are a lot of them about. Redknapp says the first task of the new manager is to take the pressure off the players and find a system that suits them. 'We have got to find a way of playing, first and foremost. We have got to find a system that we are going to play. We went into the Euros and nobody knew how we were going to play. 'Were we going to play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2? It was a guessing game. The team didn't pick itself and the system didn't even pick itself. That is always a problem. 'And I think there has got to be a way of taking the pressure off the players. Somehow, they can't handle the pressure, something happens to them when they get to a pressure situation. 'We walk through the qualifying group but as soon as it comes to the crunch of a knockout game, the pressure gets to them. There needs to be ways found to relax the players.' Robbie Fowler had claimed that he felt Arsene Wenger was a perfect fit for the England job, possibly with Shearer as his assistant. The Liverpool legend even suggested that it may suit the Frenchman as he winds down his club career but Redknapp dismissed Wenger and Jurgen Klinsmann's credentials for the job. 'Not for me,' Redknapp said when Wenger was suggested. 'It's the same as Jurgen Kilnsmann. I can't see that, either.' STRANGELY ENOUGH I THINK HE COULD BE A SUCCESS AS A ENGLAND MANAGER,BECAUSE HIS UNSUCCESS IS HIS IN ABILITY TO PUT A TEAM TOGETHER WITHIN BUDGET HE ALWAYS PAYS TOO MUCH FOR HIS PLAYERS PUSHING CLUBS INTO BANRUPTSY BUT HE DOES HAVE GOOD CHOICE WHEN FINDING PLAYERS HE AFTER ALL FOUND KYLE WALKER AND JERMAIN DEFOE,HE BOUGHT CHARLIE AUSTIN SO LETS JUST WAIT AND SEE AND HE DOES HAVE A SUCCESSFULL CLUB CAREER TAKING TOTTENHAM UP TO FOURTH I SAY GIVE HIM A TRY
I think Harry should shut his gob, fade into the distance and retire and go enjoy his Grandkids just like lots of fellas his age. He is a nice guy but he is no expert when it comes to football.

I saw Hoddle was second favourite and redknapp 4th favourite for England manager recently. The dream team that sent QPR down two years ago, I think that says it all really.
More opinions that he trots out for money. If I never heard or read anything related to him again it would be too soon.
