It's a pity we don't have a similar list of potential new owners with helpful odds quoted against each one. It's all just guesswork and speculation. If Chris Powell comes back, then he comes back. If not, then fair enough. Personally I like the man, but I would think less of him if he walked out on Southend after just a few weeks as manager there. Remember, he has strong links to that Club. He played as many games for them as he did for Charlton.
I can't see Powell leaving Sarfend. He's doing too well there. Bowyer is worth a bet at 7/1. Has he said if he wants it though?
