Norwich fan in peace here. there's been some speculation on our board about Harry Kane and if he has returned to training, we were led to believe that would be in this month. Hi Canary_max, we haven't had any news as far I know, hopefully he is nearing a return. The best person to ask from our side will be Original Spurcat, he knows a lot of goings on inside the club etc. There's a lot of mixed views of Harry on the Spurs side, personally I'm a fan and think he definitely has a future with us (hopefully), he reminds a bit like Robbie Keane, is happy to work for the team and lay on goals for others in a second striker role while also being able to lead the line if need be. We could really have done with Harry at times this season, especially when Ade has been out/ suspended as it's left Defoe as our only out-an-out striker. Yeah Dembele has been a fantastic bit of business for us, made the loss of Luka a lot easier to take and that's not an easy task. I won a bit on you guys last weekend, could have been a lot more though, I called Bassong for top scorer @ 33/1 and about 15 seconds before I went to hit "confirm bet" for a fiver, he bloody scored! So lost out on a hefty profit, ALTHOUGH I did then bet on Pilkington for the next scorer straight after which eased the pain slightly All the best
cheers for that. we haven't really seen much of Harry, as he got injured on pretty much his first start for us. I do think Hughton might go for a permanent option in Jan though as well, our goals have dried up a bit this season, probably Holt etc getting found out a little. Harry should be part of the plans though too. Glad to have helped you out with some money there! Bassong has been really good for us so far, back to form.
Yeah Bass is a really good centre back, he had a few lapses in concentration during his time with us which, combined with the form of Kaboul and the fact Ledley was the best CB we've had in yonks/ arguably ever, his opportunities with us were limited. Very good player though, glad he's doing well for you.
