Lost of suggestions it's Bridge or Bridcutt... Be happy with either, but for different reasons. Bridge been immense for Albion this year in the Championship Disclaimer - my boy is a Seagull (he was born there so we have season tickets) and I have seen them a lot. Bridcutt is a better, younger version of Spurs' Parker - could do a fantastic job for us.
Just hope its not Delaney or Gabidon. Id love if it was Zaha but it wont be. Apart from him theres no players to be excited about for me.
Didnt realise Zaha was off to Man U so theres no one Im really excited about. Brighton have the better team.
Bridcutt is a good midfielder. Also rumoured to be Bolasie (palace) who is on the bench. Im going to the return leg at Brighton on monday courtesy of my bosses who cant make it and have given me their season tickets for the game. Looking forward to it!
Where will you be? East Upper for me... a truly great stadium... and a blueprint for what we should be looking to achieve for the new LR
Bridge gave him absolutely nothing at the Amex last time out, can see the logic... seems to have the edge over him mentally
Thats just the little things that a good coach does. It always does my head in when we have a manager who cant see simple things like that. Putting a right footer on the LW and a left footer on the right wing is a perfect example as it results in zero crosses.
I suspect he just wants to see what a top 6 football match looks like at this level - can he do better? (He asks himself!)
Im in the posh seats in the 1901 club! East stand lower. Its a nice stadium but i dont like the solid walls behind the north and south stands. Needs to be two tiers there.
Agree... Particularly the North Stand, it looks a bit stunted considering it's the home end... Be interesting to see whether they have a plan to expand it - but difficult to see how they could. Nevertheless, the overall facilities are top class, best I've ever been to. Like the way that away fans are looked after too -away teams local beers, and a very friendly atmosphere. Away fans should be treated well, they are the heart of a club. Always a bit in awe of those that spend their weekends on the road. Enjoy the match - looking forward to a home win and a very happy eldest son.
That match didn't excite me at all & just think we've got 46 games like that, poor advert for championship although brighton did try to play football, i don't think we've got any worries if thats what the top 6 can offer.
