Harper and Smudger to go too

According to NUFC.com, they are not going to be involved in the 1st team and are in the squad for Gatehead tomorrow. Ashley really ios getting rid of everyone with an opinion and replaceing them where possible with people that won't give a ****!! DOOMED!!

 

Doesn't mean their going because they are playing tommorow.

 

Don't mind getting rid of Smudger, sooner the better.

But it would be ****ing stupid getting rid of Harper.

If he got rid of a servant of the club from way before Ashleys time (Harper) just for having an opinion well that would be a special kind of pig ignorance from the man.

 

Already said Smith will be sold and Harper appears to be 3rd choice keeper now a bit odd. Didn't Simpson criticise the board on twitter not so long ago.

 

Think it's more to do with fitness since neither have figured much in pre-season so far.

 

In the Chronicle, Pards said the fixture is a more a 1st team affair. Plus Forster is on the bench at Gatesheed

 

Nufc.com have got things wrong, Pardew has already stated that the Gateshead game is now being treated as a part first team affair where players who need the practice, such as Williamson will get it. My guess would be that after Frankenstein Forsters horror show on Sunday Pardew wants to make sure Harper is up to speed.

Why Smith is still at our club I do not know. One of my major criticisms of Ashleys time at our club is the fact he has not had Smith taken out into some woodland and shot. Disgraceful character who can regularly be heard talking about how he'll never leave because nobody would match his wages. Hateful little Yorkshire greedy get.

Harper definitely has a bad name in the boardroom. He's one of the "vocal 4". He's next out.

 

Very sad if he's pushing Harps out after all his loyal years of service. Still the best we've got and is deserving of a benefit game.

 

It's hardly as if all first teamers are in the squad for tomorrow, but Pards did say Harper would play. I don't care if Smith goes, kinda hope he does.
