Harold Winton

I've been trawling through the internet when I can over the last few days trying to find out some info on Harold Winton, without much success. There seems to be a lot of information about him becoming Life President, and on his death, but nothing on him becoming a director in the first place.

Does anyone know how he made his money in the first place? I know he owned a hotel, but that may well have been a sideline. I know that his sons, Alex and Matt, made their money from Ghost menswear, was Harold involved in that business?

Also if anyone has got any info on “We Are QPR”, I’d be grateful.

Thanks Northy, I've already seen that one - those proboards are excellent. However there is nothing about how Harold made his money, just how he spent it!
