He has begun the Saints Media training

Lesson One - Begin every sentence with "Yeah definitely"
 
"Potential to Excellence" - Shame our posters are of former players

He comes across pretty confident and think it's good that his target is u21 football for the season, but I expect he joined us from Arsenal on the understanding that he would get a professional contract. Hopefully he works hard and gets the opportunity

Seeing all the good players who have gone through our Academy must inspire youngsters (and importantly their parents) so should include those at other clubs.

No shame in publicising the fact that the most expensive player of all-time came out of your academy.

Also, the most expensive teenager of all-time came out of the same academy. It's something worth using to our benefit.
