I was happy with the result against Derby, but not convinced yet that we are going up , we should of won 4-0 at least against a crap Derby side , and they were crap , it was so easy we should be steam rolling teams like that , if we had been playing a strong team it could've ended up 2-2 , that's why I'm not convinced yet. What's your thoughts on our tactics ? Players ? Positional play ? etc
No complaints re performance. Their keeper had several quality saves to keep score down but what difference whether we scored two or six. It’s all the same on the table. We were very good in awful conditions. The problem I worry about is every third game we’re ****e and don’t manage to dig out a result. That’s what may cost us. Personally couldn’t give a toss about promotion. A bunch of our lads travelling over for their fiasco yesterday cup nonsense in January. No thoughts of winning promotions or cups, just the Leeds experience. I can honestly say I enjoyed yesterday more than the dozen or so games I travelled over for in the pl
Derby were rubbish I agree but 2nd half was Game Management. we got our goals first half and didn't push the boat 2nd half. ie via overloading the wings and pressing really high. That was Derby's Job they had to do the risk taking to get back in the game. Agree with Eire 2-0 or 10-0 its still the same points on the board. you say that it could of been 2-2 against a strong team but it could of also went 2-1 if we over committed for a 3rd in which we didn't have to do. I thought we saw the game out very well no scare's don't think they even had a shot. We kept energy in the tank for a proper game Tuesday night. it's not all about putting Teams to the slaughter object is to win games and we did that very easily Saturday.
As on your others things Tactics every team that comes to ER play the low block infact quite a few even play it on their own patch. Was reading the Derby fans forum they have never played like that 5 at the back with 2 walls of players. its coz every team are shyte frightened of us. Every team want us to overload and then try and catch us on the counter or get a foul so they can pump it in our box. We have so much possession because nobody presses us when we on the ball. when we are in possession nearly every team go in that low block in their own half and sit. then we have all day to pass from left, right,Centrally, backwards,Forwards upto the halfway line because no team are interested in pressing us to get the ball back. We are top of the League. have scored the most goals in the league.have the best goal difference in the league with only 3 teams conceding less. Players, we have the best group in this league I can honestly say hand on heart, nobody so far we have played I can say damn they are good. (Watched them all) I think the only team that can match us going forwards are Boro and even though the table doesn't say it yet I think they are the one team i would fear before a game because they have pace,Skill and some very good players that can hurt you in a blink of a eye. So I don't know what you fear at the moment Sniffer what more do you want from this team? where do we need to improve?
Now that's a real leeds utd supporter just enjoying watching leeds play , got to take my hat off to ya
Even though we are at home against a tough team on Tuesday night , let's see what we Can do against a tough opponent like middlesbrough who won't lie down like Derby, hopefully we will send them home with their tail between their legs.
Think it’s an age thing with me sniffy. Don’t have high expectations and easily pleased. Applies to a lot More in my life too

Very good points , Leeds need to improve 3 main points , defensive although we have only conceded 13 goals we still at times look dodgy in defense 2 other teams have a better organised defense burnley and Sheff utd that's one of the reasons they are 1st and 3rd , I never thought I would say it but I thought wober played better than firpo in defense. our away form and for some unknown reason starting sluggish farke has been asked about this but never explains why and please don't say 3 games in 7 days because other teams have had the same Sheff utd played 23rd Nov, 27th Nov 30th nov for eg. And they are still above us . Corners is another area leeds need to improve on , how many corners do Leeds get in a match and don't get a header on it , short corners would it be better to do them if we are not getting a header on the ball from a normal corner , look how many goals we could've scored from corners. Piroe in my opinion should be the main striker he has scored the most , Bamford has had 7 games now and not scored , we definately need another 20 goal a season striker , oh and norwich are the leading goal scorers believe it or not.
