Mark is probably a great bloke and deserves to have a great day. Hopefully it starts a new Year, and a major shift in his management style to something a hell of a lot more positive..
Maybe after he locked the office door and kept the problems at the front of his head rather than parking them at the rear then maybe just maybe we might be in a better position in the league table #onlysaying
