I hope this may be helpful to any Canaries fans travelling to Derby by road for the game on 3rd October, parking is available for away fans on 2 sites [100 and 400 yards from the stadium] at £6 per car/van [sorry no coaches].

Assuming that most will eventually use the M1 approach I would advise that you leave at JCT24A and travel via the A50 and A6 via Alvaston towards Derby. I would avoid the A52 approach as there are roadworks and lane reductions approaching and around Pride Park and long delays can be expected.

Using the A6, go towards Alvaston and at the A5111 Ring Road Island go straight across in the left hand lane, stay in that lane at the next island and go straight across into LONDON ROAD , continue to the next island which is signed PRIDE PARK>>>, turn right here and go to the next island and turn right again, this will take you past the front of the stadium, at the next island go straight across into RIVERSIDE ROAD, the FRENGER SYSTEMS car park is about 60 yards on the right hand side. This car park is handier for any elderly or less able supporters.

For those who may wish to eat/drink before the game, continue along Riverside Road and use the PRIDE VETERINARY CENTRE car park which is the last unit on the left hand side and is handier for the away friendly hostelries [ask one of the attendants for details].

Leaving this car park after the game, to avoid congestion/delays turn left and left again at the island, go straight across the next island and you are on the road that leads to London Road.

I hope this helps, have a safe journey. <ok>
