According to Phil Cadden, Fulham sent the paperwork for Rafik Halliche deal to the Premier League twenty minutes late, and the Swans will know sometime on Monday whether the deal goes through or not. He also said the players' representatives were unhappy as the deal looked more off than on. Hopefully the Premier League will be lenient and we won't get punished for Fulhams' mistake. Could really do without another transfer day cock up like last season with David Edgar.
