Leeds are winning and have gone above us. Looking on the bright side, at least it's Millwall they're playing. Also Charlton and even Blackpool are winning. Bolton are beating Watford and guess what - Le Fondre has scored again. Gestede has also scored again for Blackburn in the cup. <sigh>
With City not playing I went to watch Barry Town today. Some good attractive attacking football resulted in a 6-0 win in front of 135 passionate fans. Good to see the club making progress on and off the field after their troubles of the past few years. Have to say I enjoyed it far more than some of City's games this season. £5 entry fee well spent I think.
Just watched goals from Blackburn game. As well as scoring a pen Rudy set up the other 3 goals. Clear warning for Tuesday night as if we didn't know!!!
Not quite right. Wasn't Rudy who headed on for the first but he did play the ball through to King for the pen. Hope we have a defender to match King's pace if selected ahead of Rhodes.
Playing against Cardiff City Tuesday will be a bit of "after the Lord Mayor's parade" for Blackburn...I expect a healthy six goal win for Slade's boys! Barry, went to see my grandson play for Fairwater today, really enjoyed it and cost nothing!
