Doesn't seem long ago that a full season pass was less than one of these half season passes. First season back in Premier League I paid about £370 for a season pass. Now it is only £70 less for a half season in the Championship. The marketing genius really painted himself into a corner with his petty response in incrading prices bybso much when he failed to get his way on the name change.
So when people on here say we should be doing more to get young uns into the KC. A full season pass for up to 22 year olds is less than 12 quid a game. How much more can the club do?
On average for a parent/child its reasonable I guess. I assume they don't want childless adults to attend though.
Not a lot, Chazz. Some people in Hull think anything over £1 is expensive. Those prices are more than reasonable. A 21 year old living at home will have more disposable income than a 40 year old with a mortgage or rent to pay, council tax, kids etc... If they can't afford to go now they never will. They certainly can't do much else for £12. Of course when discussing prices the local media only quote the dearest tickets. In reality, not many people pay that.
Yet people who will baulk at perfectly reasonable prices to see us hopefully win this league, would happily pay more than that for a day out to London. Not sure I'm that arsed about catering to them.
Some peoples idea of whats worth it is quite strange I remember running a mens football team and it was a nightmare getting £1 subs off them saying im skint Then youd go to pub and see them ploughing pounds into a bandit. Its all about people perception of worth
If they'd hurry up and get a new chief executive in and leave him to run the club without all the spite for fans and everything I'd buy one today.
