I was looking at the pikeys selling them down OT on Sunday, still had massive bags full of them after full time hoping some mongo would fancy a souvenir. Maybe the foreigners buy them.
Bought two during Saint's European adventure last season, a Sparta Prague one which I still have, and an Inter Milan one which I gave to my mate's 9 year old lad. Should have kept the Inter one and given the Sparta scarf to the nipper tbh.
The only time I considered a half and half was Milan away for obvious reasons. Got offered one about 9am by the Duomo but didn't fancy carrying it all day and never came across another one.
What a ****ing day that was mate eh? Benali was all over Milan that day, every time you took a piss you'd look up to see him looking back at you
I can understand people buying them as a souvenir of a big European game but not for everyday fixtures as that’s just fecking naff.
Foreign tourists in London love them ... it's a souvenir of their trip ... went to the Emirates in our title winning year and they were being snapped up by Chinese and Japanese tourists ...as were tickets from touts ... fair play to them mind, they were joining in some of the songs too.... We are Arsenal, we are Arsenal, no one sings here, it's so quiet
Can't stand them, they're horrific in my opinion, the idea of wearing around something with the opposition's name on is just wrong. If people want souvenirs just buy the programmes. My Cousin wanted one this season when we faced Madrid. I threatened to dash his beer on the floor and sell his ticket if he said nonsense like that again. Although, when I went out to Dortmund a few months back for our game, one of their stalls had "**** RB Leipzig" scarves on sale, not gonna lie it was tempting to get one.
Man U are the main instigators of half and half scarves, but they don't class Liverpool FC amongst their friends. http://www.merchandise.direct/total...dship-scarves-c-1_209_211.html?page=1&sort=2a
