But we rarely got the opportunity after Stoke sat back with 10 players in the box, we were short of options. As for the penalty, other than the questionable ref decision I think Carra should have dealt with it a lot better than he did.
With the experience Carra has, and possibly knowing that Clattenburg is a Webb clone anyway, he ought to have known he wouldn't have got away with it. I don't see what Carra could have done. His initial positioning was right but when you are barged/forearm-smashed off the ball you have to rely upon the referee. Any team that aprks the bus as efectively as Stoke did will always cause you problems. It wasn't so much the running out of options that was the problem but the failure to take the chances when they came.

Maybe it's because since "King" Kenny took over as Liverpool Manager we've heard from your fans how he is such a dignified and gracious human being while Sir Alex is an evil, moaning, ungracious sore loser?
