against cris foy for breaking my hand after hitting the wall while watching the stoke game last year

Yet another one of those stories that shows the global nature of the Premier League…
This time it features a Norwegian Arsenal fan, named Sverre Litleskare (pictured), who was rather upset when Spurs took the lead in the recent north London derby at the beginning of March.
Vg.no report that Litelskare put his shoulder out of joint as he suffered a “football injury” when Tottenham went 1-0 up against Arsenal through a Gareth Bale opener.
Litleskare, who was watching the match with his neighbour, who is a Spurs supporter, yelled “No, goddam” when Bale poked past Wojciech Szczęsny and raised his right arm too quickly, putting his shoulder out of joint.
He then embarked on hitting the floor repeatedly as part of some “banter” with his Spurs supporting neighbour but said he can not be blamed for the self inflicted damage.
The Norwegian Arsenal fan said: “I was screaming on the floor and he sat on the couch and laughed. I shouted that I was nauseous, had to vomit and that my shoulder was dislocated. While he got a bucket, I pulled the shoulder back in place.”
Somehow, Litelskare put together a well worded letter to his insurance company claiming the “football injury” was down to “feelings” that are not within our control.
He claimed it was not down to his own free will. And said: “I know it was a silly complaint but I emphasized the free will aspect. I just read a book that argues against free will, so I decided that I would do it for fun.”
The insurance company that covered Litelskare described his letter as “stunning” and awarded him hefty compensation. Now, Litelskare’s letter can be read, in Norwegian online (translation here).
