I thought I would post a simple thread. After the drama of the last few weeks, praying we'd win 1 game and then the crazy finish to the season, I am happy. Not happy because of others misfortune. just happy that we are in the premier league with a premier league manager. And I'm happy that next season me and my son will have the pleasure of watching every minute of every tigers match. H.A.P.P.Y.
I am happy too!! Explaining to my US friends is difficult but they've enjoyed the beer/wine celebration. Unfortunately my wife supports Bristol City but it does not stop me being happy!!
Amazing how happier people are now after those few weeks of waiting to go up, seemed to go on forever didn't it!
I too am a Tiger in Sydney and happy. It means I can go to a pub other than Scruffy Murphys (a dodgy backpackers pub that is the only one in central Sydney to show Setanta Sports - yes, that does exist in Australia - which is the channel which shows Championship games over here) to watch the football. Hoorah!
You might need to invest in fox sports at home though - I don't see us getting much airplay in the pubs around Sydney - I think we'll be a 'red button' game most weeks.. Scruffy Murphy's - now that is one ****e boozer lol
