What a complete disgrace. I made my feelings perfectly clear to the booboys near me.

I was very impressed with him. Held the ball up well and used it well. Deserved a goal.

I heard it on the feed too, very sad. Good performance though from GDP.

I don't think he played well, shot straight at the keeper when it was easy to score. The Northam were singing "If Guly scores we're on the pitch". Didn't hear any booing near me

It wasn't easy at all. It was a first-time shot, on the turn, with a defender right on him. You don't get a good sight of the goal on a chance like that, you just hit it instinctively. Also that curling shot from about 25 yards out on the left hand side was a bloody good effort.

I thought he played well. I too was disgusted with the booing, it's not at all fair. I am not Guly's biggest fan but he did alright today, and booing him before he even came on did anger me.

Yep that's when the Northam sang the song, Guly played ok I still have my doubts he can hack it in the Prem. Would never boo him tho and as I said heard none around me, what stand did it come from?.

Absolutely. There were several replays on the live feed which showed how good both of those shots were. I thought he played really well, considering how little he's been used lately. Held the ball up well, passed well, and a couple of good shots. I guess he wants his place on the bench back as much as anyone else does.

A fair few. It was easy to hear amongst the applause.

I still think it sounds more like the mock booing that Luke Donald and Boo Weekley get. I certainly won't argue with anyone who was there and heard it but even isolated booing seems to get swallowed up in a more general exaggeration of the first syllable.

I was there and it was clearly mass booing.

I think the booing was more because of him coming on for Rodriguez, who I thought had a good game.

Well like I said Tom, I certainly won't argue with you. I just don't understand it at all. What on earth has he done to warrant that treatment? A few idiots booing a player they don't rate/like/appreciate I can understand but not to a degree that comes across on the audio. Very odd.

The booing was blatant. So much so that Fonte heard it and pleaded to the Kingsland to stop booing and give Guly some encouragement. Disgraceful. No matter what people think about him, how is it constructive during a game for fans to behave like that and furthermore - where's the sodding etiquette? He's a Saints player for Christ's sake!

I heard the booing on the stream i was watching but thought it was more when rodriguez was coming off rather than when Guly came on. The commentator certainly thought it was because rod had a good game and people didn't want him to come off. Personally i didn't think rodriguez had such a good game but each person notices/remember different things.
