Interesting when the team sheet was read out today that Gulacsi wasn`t even on the bench, more surprisingly was that AP wasn`t asked about his decision. I`d be interested to know why we didn`t include a goalkeeper on the reserve list. It may well have been tactical, to allow for five outfielders. More interestingly, when AP was questioned after the game he suggested that they were looking to bring in a couple of players, just wondering if one of these will be a goalkeeper, and Gulacsi may be on his way back to Liverpool. As for todays game, when Basso got `injured`, it was a little heart in mouth time for a split second, good three points though, onwards and upwards lets hope.

Sounds like Gulacsi will be leaving when El Hadary signs next week.

Gulacsi was there for the warm up prior the match with Basso and all seemed fine between themselves and Corrigan
Must admit I was suprised with him not being on the bench

about bloody time he is horrendous!! IF he fills us with no confidence what so ever in the stands imagine what it must be like as a defender playing in front of him. He is bloody atrocious

It is a bit early to say it has not worked out he has only played 3 games one of which was against Ipswitch. I remember Matt Duke when he signed he had a bad start but now I read people regretting that he has left. I hope that we keep him I cannot imagine Liverpool allowing anybody else to come if we reject him so quickly.

If your good enough then your old enough, sad part is that Gulacsi seems to have a crisis of confidence, keeping him at the club without even being on the subs bench isn`t going to help that in anyway, may be fairer to the lad to send him back.
