Shouldn't even be captain. Justin Tipuric is a class above him and in my opinion should be a dead cert for the 7 jersey.
I agree. Warburton for me was thinking of the Lions captaincy as far back as the World Cup. When he got sent off he was acting all diplomatic because he knew if he said Rolland was a cheating twat he would never be Lions captain. The blokes an arsehole in my opinion he should have called Rolland a cheat because he was and is a fckn cheat but no he put himself 1st before Wales Tipuric has to start, so too Heaslip and then possibly Croft but all the other back rows have been top class too
For me the back row should be Lydiate/O Brien at blindeside, Tipuric at open, and Heaslip at 8, but I think Gatland will pick Falatau instead.
Hope we sign Mubarak, although in the long term having a player unavailable for most of Jan-Feb every other season should come into consideration (African Cup of Nations) Also for those missing their football, it's not long until the U-20's World Cup in Turkey, not sure who is covering for UK TV but it's bound to be found somewhere.
