So here it is ... Pep wants into the Prem ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21038983

I think he should learn from his old mentor. He should join us as 1st team coach. Learn the league and the ropes from the maestro and then go take on one of the Big clubs and leave ML with us.

Or serve his time as Laudrup's number two, then step up into his shoes when he decides to move on.
    I don't mind either way :D

If he really wants to prove himself he needs to pick a club in turmoil and turn it around. Barcelona are a ready made set of footballing robots that have been instructed from such a young age that all he really need do there was pick an available team and let them get on with it.

Also worth noting that Pep made transfer blunders (Ibrahimovic for example). The new guy there has just completed Barca's best EVER half of a season, does this make Vialnova a better coach than Pep? (he's even leaving the big guns on the bench like Villa). Barca = easy job. Pep should (as masterofnone says) take a club and try to build up in his own image, take them from strugglers to winners. If he does that then he has a chance of proving himself.

Not surprised. If Barca and Real are the two strongest clubs in the world, then Bayern is surely the third strongest club.
