I know it is a leftie newspaper, sorry about that Royston, but this is an excellent article. http://www.theguardian.com/football...duchatelet-nottingham-forest?CMP=share_btn_tw
Dick please forgive me but that article is piss poor. It may as well have been written by Rick Everitt The references to VOTV demonstrates this all to well. Diego Poyett was not sold by Charlton he left at the end of his contract. I find it very hard to believe that this article just happened to come out at the same time as CAST and Rick have supported the demonstrations and at the same time Ricks old mate Peter Varney disclosed his involvement with a consortium wishing to invest in the club.
The better Grauniad artricle is http://www.theguardian.com/football...telet-charlton-the-valley-addicks-nick-miller which encapsulates everything already posted on forums.
Any exposure showing up the regime is good news in my eyes. I don't like Everitt, but the last VOTV has enabled the protest to gain traction, some national exposure highlighting the boards incompetence and means the RD sympathizers pretty much don't have a leg to stand on.
Rick Everitt has been responsible for getting the ball rolling now. People are not going to like everybody but I believe people will have a different attitude to him once the Belgians are on the Eurostar back home. Send me the taxi bill Murray.
