    Welcome aboard.

Apparently played better than Tabb yesterday, so a handy start.

Likewise, if they thought it good they would be on here raving about it. Saying that, as westy said, played better than Tabb yesterday!! Just out of curiousity, wtf does MM see in Nouble, does anyone think he should be on the bench, let alone starting a match!!

I agree he is a player that not many of us on here know much about but that doesn't matter as long as Mick knows about him.

As for Nouble I think that he is in the team more for his tireless running and effort rather than his guile and skill, I'm not sure I would have him starting and I think as soon as SEB is up and running he will be back on the bench, that said Nouble is still only young and he is our player and a lot has been said about giving our young players a run in the side.

Blimey Spanish we didn't have a blazing row in this thread ;)

I must confess I thought we signed Green to play CM.

Him on the right wing - sorry Mick I in no way agree with this at all! How is he playing there anyone?

Smacks of the sort of decision we would have all lambasted Paul Jewell & Roy Keane for making.... In fact we did so on a weekly basis

Central midfield players being asked to do a shift out wide.... I hope that this doesn't become a regular occurrence again and we go back to playing with 4 Central midfielders across the midfield. That wasn't fun for anyone

We seem to play a narrow midfield to allow the full backs to push forward. We have played this way nearly all season so I cant call it desparation signing but the balance still doesnt seem to work. On the left we allow Cresswell to play almost wingback like with a inner-left sided midfield to support him. On the right it just doesnt work as Chambers can not play WB.

    Solution...
Play 3 at the back with Razor & Cressy pushing on....I like MM but he does struggle to see the bloody obvious sometimes.!

Cressy has had a stinker ever since he signed that new and improved contract!

JWM I dont thinks he has had a stinker just that for the past few seasons he has been our only tactic other than hit Murphy with the long ball! it must be fairly easily to set a team up to play against us. Admittedly we dont have plenty of options to shake things up a bit but a bit of variety may help. Im not having a go at MM btw. We have had similar tactics under PJ, and JM's only real tactic was Walters at the back post!

The right side desperately needs sorting out in the summer.

Hopefully Hewitt benefits hugely from his loan spell, with a new wide boy infront of him.....

That said, if Cresswell were to leave, the left side would then require a good sort too!
