    Top bloke <applause>

Such a fan of Pearson, we really need to/should stick with him.

Great bloke, top manager and the only man for Leicester.
We should definately stick with him, even if faced with relegation. I'd rather be relegated with Pearson at the helm than be relegated with anyone else.

I wasn't a Nigel fan, but I think we should stick with him and not just because of last season or his first time with us but I feel he is a man with integrity it would have been easier for him to apologise for his actions. whilst the fan has a right to an opinion so does Nigel if you are giving stick then you have to be able to take it. The thing is we have only heard what Nigel said.
Nigel does speak his mind lets face it his has his own views and believes in them I think he may have felt we where better placed to survive in this league in midfield and defence than we are. which is why he concentrated on looking for a decent striker and I believe that we have got that now I truly believe Ulloa would have been the top scorer in the championship last season by some way.
I would rather be relegated with Pearson than change for the sake of changing Imo he will sort out the defence in the transfer window the money will be there and generally if you at the quality of player he has brought in then you have to think that he should be given the time. if you look at the relegated teams last season all three sacked their managers, we all know that the relegated teams struggle in the championship as style of play in the league is a lot different than the prem, which is why we have struggled coming up.

But the question is would you rather be relegated with Pearson, or have a new manager come in and stay up. Both hypothetical of course but the thread sounds like we are already resigned to be relegated
Just playing devils advocate as I'm a pearson fan by the way

Down with Nigel or stay up with another gaffer?... tough one.. I reckon we would be a stronger team if we were relegated with Nige than if someone else came in and kept us up for one more season...

I still firmly believe we'll be Premier League next season anyway. This season was never going to be easy, but we'll cling on in there and be a better side for it.
We are a capable team- the first few games of the season prove that. A few bits of bad luck, a few individual mistakes and the sholders dropped. The passion and grit is still there. Get the confidence back and a couple Steve Walsh Specials in January and we'll start climbing out of trouble. Just keep that foxtimism!

Don't think that would be tough one at all for your owners <ok>

I'd stay up with another manager, as the first season really is key. However, I think even if Alex Ferguson suddenly decided he was coming out of retirement to manage us then we'd still probably go down.

Theres no guarantee that a new manager would keep us up. I would much rather take Pearsons Championship experience back down than having a Felix Magath type who hasnt got a clue.
