Today we finally got the result that our performance deserved. I thought we were solid throughout and were rewarded with a very satisfying victory. Even the ref couldn't help Utd today - despite missing an obvious pen and probable red card.

This victory may have come too late for us this season, but it should help to cement our top 4 spot and hopefully give us the confidence to finish the season on a high.

You played well because the pressure was off. Arsenal are always a much better side when there is no pressure but as soon as there is pressure they fall to pieces.

Usually Ferguson seems to put out a team that does us, but today we were close to the perfect Arsenal and Utd were not at the races. They had no aerial threat so they could not play on our obvious weakness at the back. Koscielny is good on the ground and with 3 players able to screen the defence we were rarely really troubled.
I thought our midfield was tremendous. Ramsey will be a great player if he gets a good run in the team. Wilshere played like Parlour used to and was the best player on the pitch. Even Song wasn't bad. Walcott did well, Nasri was adequate but not the player of a while back. RVP really needs another striker with him. Arshavin made tackles and looked like he was in OUR team for once. Even Squillaci didn't do anything wrong. Szczesny looked good again.

Wilshere and Ramsey were immense today <ok> I think Nasri has been carrying an injury which flared up today (hamstring) I'm still a bit concerned that he hasn't signed a new contract yet though.....

Arshavin tackling reminded me of Pires learning to tackle in his last season with us. That time he robbed Vieira against Juventus before we scored was legendary!

Piskie, Lads <ok>

Thank you for a truly great performance <applause> in honesty Arsenal should have won more comfortably and that cheating Serbian **** should again have been sent off for cheating for denying RVP a clear header on goal. We will turn them over next week and the ****ers will win **** all <laugh>

Owen dragged his calf across Clichy's boot <whistle>

Michael Owen should be severely reprimanded for endangering Clichy's boot. He could have lost a stud or worse still snagged a boot lace. 3 match ban I say <whistle>

And what about Walcott? Vidic could easily have broken a fingernail when Theo mercilessly blasted that cross at his hand. Horrendous I tell you, horrendous...

Yes Walcott was very lucky that the ref and the lino were as blind as a ****ing bat when his perfectly flighted, RVP goal scoring bound cross was punched into Space by Vidic - it IS a wonder that he didn't break his wrist !
