Great goal

Discussion in 'Sunderland' started by Heavy Metal Toon, Aug 13, 2011.

  1. I still don't think Larsson is that good, but credit where credit's due, awesome goal.

Didn't Zenden score one like that last season?

Next week should be a good game.

Both team on the back of a good result, both teams up for it.

I'd normally be worried about our lack of quality up front but.... we all know there's someone that just loves you so much that he can't help but knock one in your net a couple of times a season...

Was a cracking goal, just devastated I took him out my fantasy team to replace him with Reo-Coker (who I put on the bench for Walcott) <doh>

Tash after that display im looking forward to the Derby the days of the Toon top dogs are over, and about to decline even further with our very own Agent Ashley better know by his full title Lord Ashley of Pennywell, running the show, each year he is making you a weaker team not stronger, and no matter how much you love the Toon and want them to succeed, the Doppel Ganger will reign supreme

He was quite influential throughout the game and did some pretty neat things running at defenders. He also gave us a much needed bit of 'extra' with crosses, in particular from set pieces.

    I'm sure he'll play next week (;D
It was a volley, (near the end of the previous) -so it was similar in that regard and both master-class in terms of skill/difficulty imo

Don't kid yourselves, by the law of averages Ameobi has to have one of those days that gets the home crowd laughing and applauding.
