A spot-on summary I found on the Guardian site, from a non-Hoops fan: I've seen QPR a few times this season and their performances are an indictment of Hughes' managerial shortcomings. They are atrocious off the ball - no movement, no organisation, and little discipline. Having the likes of Taarabt, Hoilett and Granero now and then stitching together a nice attacking move won't ever make up for the teams current lack of organisation. They also seem to suffer petty Hard man syndrome - lots of petulant reds, and daft concession of free kicks for silly shoves and niggly fouls. Its harder to stay on your feet and close teams down than just barge at opposition players - someone needs to tell Hughes that aggression is not the same as commitment. But why bother, he'll be gone in a month.
