I think Simon Grayson realises that he has to deliver promotion THIS season or the Leeds fans will never forgive him. With the Championship once again proving to be topsy-turvy he knows that he has a great opportunity to manage a big club in the Premiership next season. Fail to take Leeds up and that chance will never come. So how the **** does he still manage to mess up? How can he not get some consistency out of his team? How can Leeds not be ruthless and destroy teams at Elland Road? Why are we losing games against teams we should be beating comfortably if we are going to mount a serious promotion challenge? I guess we have to question Grayson's ambition to manage in the Prem the way he's going about his business right now. Or does he just lack the intelligence to be a top manager? Promotion or bust. Grayson must know this at the very least. Fail to take Leeds up and the fans won't allow him back at Elland Road next season. ***RIP Gary Speed***
