Grayson in? Grayson out?

Simple question here, see alot of wums on the board calling for Graysons head, i for one am a very big fan of his but sometimes hard to judge with the wums about.

 

I say keep him.

 

In...for now. Not his biggest fan but we need continuity & think he deserves a chance to show he's learnt from his mistakes re transfer dealings,lack of squad rotation etc.
If by xmas we're someway off the pace then it may be time for a change & I'd like to see Poyet at the helm.

Surely people are only doing that because they don't think he's good enough.

Because he's not a poor manager. He's at least above average in this league.

 

Who is he better than and why?

 

He's better than 17 managers in the Championship because Leeds finished above 17 teams.

 

Arguably better than some of the managers who finished above Leeds considering the measly amount of transfer cash he's been working with in relation to people like Billy Davies and Paul Lambert.
