    He's right about Carroll and Lambert (of Southampton, just to avoid any confusion). Would love to see Holt and Lambert (of Southampton) up front for England

    I think the Norwich fans need to pester Hodgson about Holt not being selected for England when he comes to Carrow Road on 16th November. If he says he doesn't want to discuss team selection then he needs to be told that the fans who came paid a lot of money to, so he should discuss team selection!
