A mate told me that when Fraser Forster went from Celtic to Saints, Stocksfield Juniors got £100k as part of the deal and have now invested this in state of the art 4G pitches. Does anyone know if this is a standard thing in a contract or if it’s Forster wanting to look after the club which developed him? Either way it’s a great gesture all round I’m sure you’ll agree.
