Supposed to be going out for a nosebag tonight, with a mate of my wife's and her old man, they've just phoned up and cancelled, it's not because of me (at least I don't think so ) The thing is this girl works in the office at the CCS, and she is working late, and along with a lot of the office staff she has been given tomorrow off, the reason.............they have been told not to expect to get away before midnight tonight. Obviously she can't say much.........but why would they keep the office staff on until midnight on loan transfer deadline day? The club have kept a skype connection open to VT Is this a good sign or a bad one? Has MM been biding his time............Has the club got something/someone lined up, or is it a desperate last throw of the dice?
Hiya Proph. I guess the late night could equally apply to outgoings - though I can't imagine we have enough left to loan out. Let's hope it's to do with the loan deadline and not anything more sinister.
Fingers crossed. However, even if it's not a signing, I'm sure that our lot can hold out for another 6 weeks until the January window opens. I'm not too dissapointed with today's lack of activity.

They won't be getting away before midnight because the stadium is being used - the Blues are playing (unusual for it to be a Thursday I know), so they will need office staff.
You might be right M8 but normally the office staff go home, game or no game,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and the Blues have their own office.............as I say grasping at straws
