Signs a new 3-year contract with Norwich.

Looks like he got exactly what he wanted from that transfer request.

I highly doubt that Norwich met his demands. They would have negotiated and reached an agreement

Not sure they were knocked over with transfer enquiries. Villa may have been media hype.

What he wanted = an extra year on his contract.

Oh and more money of course.

    Shocked. That bridge seemed burnt.

I see Norwich have also signed Jacob Butterfield. He looked a real decent, young player last season until his serious injury. Think that could be a decent signing for Norwich.

I think that's good for both player and club; glad he didn't leave.

Pilkington was on the back of a nasty injury when they signed him. Think it was a free transfer too, so could be worth the risk for them.

My guess is Lambert wasn't seriously interested in Holt, if they offered a decent amount I reckon they would have sold and reused the cash. Will he have a good second season? I am not sure.

No offence, but I don't think he would have gotten a three year contract anywhere else. Agent looks to have played a blinder.

West Ham maybe. They'd probably have offered him a five year deal.
