Forgot it's my wee grannies birthday today. 88 and still going strong <yikes> I need to go get her a present after work (if I get this ****ing ****e finished) and drop by and see her.

The birds gran is 93 in 2 weeks. The wee ****er still plays at least 1 round of golf a week <yikes>

I'll pass on the birthday wishes from the strangers on the internet, even though I doubt she knows what that is <laugh>

I'm expecting at least one of you ****s to reply "Useless without pictures" <laugh>

my grans 90 and my grandads 96. she's blind as a bat and he's deaf as a post, those are some fun arguments <doh>

he's a bit of a lightweight now though. its hard to see him like that.

    Aye <laugh> <doh>

LR my grans still got better hearing than me. Mutter something under your breath she doesn't like and she'll smack you round the head <laugh> Like all old people, she's extremely racist. An Indian family moved into her block and put binbags out the back. She pointed at them and said "look, there trying to recreate the streets of Bombay" <laugh> "I think they've packed that flat out. Packed in there like sardines. Only sardines smell better. Even old ones that have been left out in the sun" <laugh> <laugh>

my granny isnt racist which is almost odd in old folk and my grandad just selectively so (its usually war related), he worked with the indians and the gurkhas who he thinks are brilliant but ****ing hates muslims (i blame the indians). isnt too keen on the japs funnily enough and dislikes the germans a bit but seems to have generally gotten over their involvement in WW2. he doesnt like the russians either because he thinks they ****ed spain over (he wanted to go fight for the poum militia in the civil war but his mum wouldnt let him <laugh>). pretty much your run of the mill racist yorkshireman <ok>

Well that's me at the centre in EK and there's **** all to get her. Surely an appearance from her favorite grandson will be enough.

My missus' gran loves me. Anytime I'm down I build something for her <laugh> The bird told me a conversation they had

Gran - "is laudy coming over today?"
Burd - "yeh after his work"
Gran - "oh good, I have a few shelves needing put up and a table to be built"

No, pud was merely saying that until his gran died, she was healthy enough. It wasn't a long illness or anything, in fact, I would say it was unexpected and very sad for pud and his family. I think you owe pud an apology ST, you ****.
