Granero gets a decent chance to go for goal, about 30 yards out. At least get a shot in! Or a whipped in cross for a chance of a flick on! But nah - he passes it almost backwards-sideways and the chance is wasted - the whole team has to retreat, after having waited for some nugget out of it - and there's Adel, twisting on the sideline, casually pacing...........
Was that the last free kick in the game, because I thought it was somebody else. Maybe we aren't talking about the same free kick. Last 10 sec of the game, everybody in the penalty box and the pass the ball sideways and very poorly.
Not that one - an earlier one, early in the 2nd half. But even then we DEFINITELY did not take a direct shot on goal with either.
