    Sky's Graeme Bailey is in the understanding that after we sign Santon we are still after a LB. He says a striker will follow Santon as a priority than a LB. Could be a better conclusion to this window than we expected.

    I think if that happens and they're both decent players I'll be very very satisfied (apart from losing Barton)

    Don't put too much stock in this - The exact quote is: "I think there is a chance of that Jon, Santon can play in a few positions - but think a forward will be the next priority.".
    There's no more reason to put faith in that than anybody on this forum saying it.
