That write-up of what Oldham allegedly did wrong is reassuring - I think it sounds more and more like the club has done exactly the right thing.

No idea if Montano was successful. Sounds like he might never have sued after all.

Yes, as you say, can't see too much wrong with what they did there. There are better examples of dumb management.... QPR ; Feeds ; Cardiff etc. Just can't see us doing this. I will not always agree with decisions and sometimes they seem dumb, not never unprofessional going back to my first comments
