Six games to go and a lot of work still to be done and we start by welcoming the Daggers to Adams Park, this is a game that we need get all three points from, to drag ourselves away from the bottom two, the Cobblers have a tough trip to Stanley so we need to better their result. In resent weeks we couldnât have had a harder run of fixtures culminating with the 1st 5th and 2nd placed teams, the defence has been keeping us in these games but the goals have dried up, the good news is that Matt McClure is back from a hamstring injury and may start alongside Deano also JPP must be due a goal soon along with Reece I just hope they all start hitting the back of the net before its too late. Four weeks ago I dragged myself out of bed (night shift again) to see us beat the Monkey Hangers so I will be doing the same again hoping for the same result. Keeping the faith
As long as Northampton lose at Accrington i'd be happy for a point. I just can't see where the the goals will come from for Wycombe.
will be glad to finally get back to adams park today, hopefully we can put on a decent display! What will be interesting is seeing how people react to steven craig following his comments in the BFP (http://www.bucksfreepress.co.uk/sport/11124790.Wanderers_players_late_receiving_bonus_payments/) - know it has received a very mixed response on twitter about his comments regardless, COYB!!!
I reas what he said yesterday and after that i'd be surprised if Ainsworth plays him today knowing he'll get stick off the fans and rightly so in my opinion. What a dickhead!
Why would he get stick from the fans? Sounds like he was asked some awkward questions and fielded them quite well. No sign of a "tools down" attitude. Knowing what the press are like I'm surprised it didn't come across worse. I think Ainsworth will field the strongest team he can from whoever is available.
