That was only Brackley's second ever competitive game against a League team (the first being the away draw in the first game).
In fact,it was their first ever appearance in the FA Cup proper rounds.

Agree. Don't think they are being given enough credit looking around our boards at the vitriol being aimed at our players.

I thought Brackley played well. They were obviously 'up for it' and defended well.
Sooner have the win v Sheff than this one if offered a choice.
Roll on Saturday and good luck Brackley.

Brackley and their supporters out played us on and off the pitch at Priestfield in the initial game and although i was delighted with 'Young' Dack's last gasp equaliser, you had to feel sorry for the visitors, I know i would have been totally gutted if i had been in their shoes.

Last night despite not having seen the game, justice was done for the non league team and i truly hope they make the third round and a decent money spinner.

Anyone that know's me is aware i am never bitter in defeat. I say it as it is.

Now what next...well the defeat may actually be a blessing in disguise. Our survival in League One is the main priority, also the latter rounds of the FA Cup ie third round onwards. Clash with league fixtures. This is a nightmare for me in changing work arrangements to fit new dates. For example the third round clashes with the Wolves home fixture in January. So in truth i'm also hoping they get knocked out. Saturday's is good for me, Mid-Week is bad.
