Apparently black managers need more help to get jobs in British football: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9441854.stm I'm fine with that possibly being something that might be the case, but look who's saying it. In the same interview he admits bullying the Premierleague board into letting Paul Ince have a job he wasn't qualified for because otherwise they'd "make a scene" about him not being given a chance. Any chance that the lack of appointments since has been caused by his showcase pet project being **** at the job he got him, even though he was being sold as such a shining light amongst black managers? If he's the best he could find why are clubs going to consider people who didn't measure up back then?
we had an orange one. does that count? itd be intersting to hear what propprtion of applicants for manager jobs are black.
