Well the latest im hearing up here on jockland is the Clubs have reached an agreement in fees and methods of payment for the player,who remains in Ireland with the squad. As for the player himself he was awaiting an official bid from Rangers his preffered choice , that came well under the asking price and has been made clear to the player he wont be a rangers player anytime soon so expect things to start moving faster than they have been lately.
