Romain Larrieu is leaving Argyle after not being retained for next season.....the end of a long journey of dedication to PAFC.

Kevin Nancekevill will also be leaving his first team coaching job and moving to the clubs Academy.

Joe Taylor Chief Scout, Simon Raynes Fitness Coach and Claire Thackerey the clubs Psychologist will all be leaving the club.

This surely leaves the door wide open for Tommy Wright & Mark Crossley to once again to team up with John Sheridan.

It is definately the end of an era that Ro will be leaving.....no place found for him in the club which is surprising.....but sentiment obviously doesn't win football matches.

What it does show is that Sheridan means business and this could mean a momentum change for PAFC and the end of the downward spiral that we have witnessed for the last five years.

The bloke will remain in the halls of legends at Argyle but it is the right decision. I wish the man nothing but the best for his future.

I did check a couple of times Gat but saw no other post so did it.

Nothing wrong with more than one thread for Ro.....he deserves it........I wonder if he will stay in the area or go back to France......I expect it depends on the age of his family.....not so bad if they're pre-school........they surely speak some french whatever age they are......any ideas Gat.....anyone ?

<wah><wah><wah><wah> Au revoir mon ami. Le singe est dans l'arbre. Le chat est sur la table. Puis-je voir vos seins. Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir.

Thats about all the non x-rated French I can remember.

Le Keeper, Le Legend sad, sad day.....

Friends of mine are good friends with him so the next time I see them I will ask what he is doing .... know his wife is English and I believe his children are at school so who knows what he will do ! At the end of the day if Sheridan stayed he was naturally going to pick his own support network !

It's funny when you think about it. This was a guy who was here when we rose and here when we fell from grace. All the others who were here when we fell it was the common thought that we needed to weed out all that was old and bring in the new. Yet, this one bloke, who was part of the management team that failed, will be so sorely missed and is wished every well going. I'm not knocking that because I think that especially in this day and age of the mercenary player, somebody like him who sticks with it through god knows what in his job and personal life, deserves a load of credit and is unusual. Most of the old I think some would like to see strung up on a rail and run out of town but he has had nothing but good wishes from every quarter. Testament to the man himself I think. I hope he reads the websites.
