Mastpoint Ltd and Mastpoint Finance Ltd companies set up by Sir Roy Gardner & Keith Todd have applied to be struck off. These companies were set up in March 2009 to provide the necessary funds from wealthy investors to purchase Home Park Stadium. So ends another unsavoury part of PAFC's demise that led to administration.......we all say good riddance to Mastpoint and those that set it up.....the bottom line was always money money money.
With Heaney winding up his PAFC company awhile back things are looking better all round,,,,,,,,there where so many companies set up during that period it is hard to remember if any of them are outstanding........maybe notDistant can remember if there are any outstanding ?
