We have had a lot of negative news/results since the start of the season.... Lots of injuries. Lack of signings. Open day defeat vs Exeter which Exeter deserved. Defeat vs Newport which Newport deserved. Defeat vs City which City deserved. The trouble during and after the City game that our so called fans were involved with. Reports of racism at Newport. Not even a single point away from home. Constant poor performances. Negative tactics used Im sure there are other things that i have missed which hasnt been good for BRFC. But here is 1 stat that is a positive..... This is the best start to the season (at home only) since 2004/05 season - Best start at home in 8 seasons. (League only of course). Something tells me our home form will be very important!
I'm not too concerned about our start. Sure, we're a bit goal shy but it's nothing like the last two seasons when teams were slaughtering us and we were making huge defensive mistakes every game. Our away form will sort itself out once our strikers start to hit a bit of form and gain both match fitness and confidence.
