With all the doom and gloom on here thought I'd share this with you-

I was thinking historically we start the season very slowly yet this year we seem to have got off to a good start. So with that in mind I thought I'd have a look at the stats for our points after three games.

    After 3 games-

    93-94 .... 1 point
    94-95..... 9 points
    95-96..... 9 points
    96-97..... 3 points
    97-98..... 6 points
    98-99..... 2 points
    99-2000..... 0 points
    2000-01..... 6 points
    2001-02..... 5 points
    2002-03..... 4 points
    2003-04..... 1 point
    2004-05..... 2 points
    2005-06..... 1 point
    2006-07..... 3 points
    2007-08..... 4 points
    2008-09.....4 points
    Championship.... 7 points
    2010-11..... 4 points

So we have in fact made the best start apart from 94-95 and 95-96
when we had maximum points. Lets all cheer up and look at the bright side please !

I also believe that Ba and best will score more than Carrol and Nolan last year together that was I think 22 goals. Call me deluded but things are'nt so bad, obviously with such a brilliant start we will win the league this year:emoticon-0105-wink:

7 points, same as when we romped to the Championship title, no reason we can't do it this year too <ok>

Amazing start points wise, not so much performance wise, but hopefully that will improve and we can get close to maintaining a decent points haul!

Exact same start as in the championship.
1-1 opener to west brom (dare I say Duff?) but Krul made himself a name in that game
3-0 to...was it leicester and the Shola-Show and then
0-1 at crystal palace (the first raylor beauty?)

Also. if we beat QPR on Monday and I don't see any reason why we should'nt we will have 25% of the points neccesary for survival in the first four games (approx 10% of our seasons games
(unrelentingly positive smiley)! Which I reckon is canny like

Who else scored against Palace? Nolan?

And yes, it def was Reading 3-0 not leicester. Leicester was some nighttime game and it 1-0 when Guthrie got a goal.

you have to factor in the time difference of course since this is Australia and the strange spatial orientation (upside down). It's no wonder I'm confused really
